Everything You Need To Cleanse Mucoid Plague

Full Guide To Cleanse Mucoid Plague

What is Mucoid Plague?

Inside of you, there’s something called the “black snake of death.” And it’s Mucoid plague.

Mucoid plague is old, rotting fecal matter that accumulates inside the colon due to poor diet, food combinations, lack of sleep, emotional stress, and more.

Symptoms of Mucoid plague include:

Constipation, leaky gut, stomach pains, fatigue, acid reflux, sadness, grief, depression, a pot belly, bloating, etc.

Mucoid plague can hold onto trapped emotions and thought patterns, essentially keeping you stuck in a low vibration.

What You Need

There will be links to everything I personally used at the end of the newsletter.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • A juicer

  • Binders (charcoal, clays, citrus pectin, zeolites, etc.)

  • Bowel mover (Magnesium Citrate, Cellcore Bowel Mover, or Triphala)

  • Sea salt for salt flushes

  • Enema kit (for coffee enemas)

  • ZenCleanse One

Depending on what you need and already have the cleanse should cost you around $100-$1000

The way I was taught to cleanse Mucoid plague is through prolonged juice fasting.

What makes it so much more effective is something called ZenCleanse One—a kit loaded with enzymes and psyllium husk that clears Mucoid plague very effectively. I found out about it from Josh Macin at The Detox Dudes, and I found it to be amazing.

Juices will keep you full and supply nutrients. Always use organic fruits and vegetables. Aim for a 2:4 ratio of sweet fruits to hydrating fruits (like cucumbers) and vegetables (like celery).

I don’t like water fasting because it's very depleting and can do more harm than good. Juice fasting is safer, more sustainable, and even more effective in my experience—you won’t feel hungry.

The Full Cleanse

The full cleanse can last 3, 5, 10, or even 15 days.

I choose to do 5 days. Longer than that doesn’t work well for me.

Throughout the cleanse, you’ll be taking binders with psyllium husk to bind to the plague.

Daily enemas, salt flushes, and bowel movers will keep the colon clean so the body can focus on removing the plague.

Drink as much organic juice, herbal teas, and coconut water as you want. Again, water fasting depletes nutrients and minerals. Juice fasting gives your digestion a break while supplying what your body needs.

During these 5 days, you’ll likely feel more sensitive. Take off work if needed. Rest, don’t overexert yourself, and get consistent sleep.

This cleanse is a mix of Josh Macin’s (Detox Dudes) 5-Day Resurrection Protocol and my own experience. Much of the credit goes to him!

Day 1: Getting Started

The night before: Take a bowel mover.

Morning:

  • Take a binder cocktail.

  • One hour later, do a coffee enema.

  • Drink as much juice and water as you want throughout the day.

  • Take another binder cocktail two hours before bed.

  • Take a bowel mover right before bed (at least 2 hours after binders).

How to Make a Binder Cocktail

  • 16 oz of water

  • Mix in your binders (charcoal, clay, etc.)

  • Add 1 tsp of psyllium husk powder (helps the binders expand and reach more surface area)

  • Drink within 5 minutes

  • Use a wooden spoon—binders can lose their charge when they touch metal

Day 2: Moving the Shit

Morning:

  • Binder cocktail

  • One hour later, do a saltwater flush

Throughout the day:

  • Drink juices and homemade herbal teas

  • Binder cocktail two hours before bed

  • Bowel mover before bed

How to Do a Saltwater Flush

  • 2 tablespoons sea salt

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • Mix in 20 oz of warm water and drink over 15–20 minutes

  • Follow with another 20 oz of regular water (the taste can be rough)

Day 3: ZenCleanse One

Only consume: Water and the ZenCleanse kit contents.

Follow the included ZenCleanse instructions carefully and set timers to stay on track.

How to Make the Most of ZenCleanse

  • Clear your schedule—this day is for you

  • Do deep belly massages three times during the day

  • Spend time outside—connect with nature

  • Follow the ZenCleanse schedule exactly

Day 4: Releasing the Mucoid Plague

Day 4 is the most exciting!

Finishing the ZenCleanse

  • Some people release on Day 3, others (like me) on Day 4

  • Stay near a bathroom—you may release plague throughout the day

  • Notice how you feel before and after; I feel lighter and freer, like chains have been lifted

Day 4 Schedule

  • Drink fresh-pressed juice

  • Coffee enema in the afternoon

  • Binder cocktail two hours before bed

  • Bowel mover before bed

Day 5: The Finale

Five days is ideal for this cleanse. If you go longer, place the ZenCleanse day in the middle (e.g., on Day 7 of a 14-day cleanse).

On this day, I sometimes do a psychedelic—you may feel open to wisdom and guidance.

NOT NECESSARY, just a personal choice. Mushrooms or LSD can be powerful tools—ensure your set, setting, and mindset are solid.

Day 5 Schedule

  • Wake up: Binder cocktail

  • One hour later: Saltwater flush or coffee enema

  • Drink juice, herbal teas, and water throughout the day

  • Two hours before bed: Binder cocktail

  • Before bed: Bowel mover

What to Do After the 5 Days

Hopefully, you feel refreshed and renewed, with a new state of being.

Ease back into eating.

Breaking the Fast

  • Start with a small amount of organic melons (watermelon, cantaloupe, or honeydew)

  • One hour later: Eat a bit more

  • One hour after that: Eat a bit more again

  • Then: Start soups and stews (chicken soup, meat stock), fermented raw dairy like kefir or yogurt

  • Keep food light for two days

  • Where possible, keep food raw (except soups)—raw eggs or beef are easier to digest

  • After two days, resume normal eating—ideally with healthier, more conscious choices

  • Repopulate your gut with fermented and probiotic-rich foods: organic sauerkraut, pickles, and raw dairy

How Often Should You Do This Cleanse?

You can do this cleanse once or twice a year. I personally do it once annually for maintenance.

Conclusion

If you tried this cleanse, I hope it transformed your life and brought renewed meaning, vibrancy, and health.

If you’re just curious or still on the fence I highly recommend giving it a try.

You won’t regret it. I promise. ;)

Peace,

Koby
