Full Guide To Microdosing

Let's take a trip

I’ve been microdosing for 2.5 years, and it’s profoundly changed my life—along with full psychedelic doses. The insights, motivation, and personal growth I’ve experienced are invaluable.

By microdosing, I mean small amounts of psychedelics—mainly magic mushrooms and LSD.

Benefits include:

  • Increased creativity

  • Enhanced learning

  • Social lubricant

  • Spiritual and personal insights

  • Introspection and Extrospection

  • Better problem-solving

  • Improved mood

Protocol and Dosing

There are various microdosing protocols (e.g., 3 days on, 2 off). I prefer 4 days on, 3 off.

  • Mushrooms: 100 mg–1 g (over 1 g can be a full trip). You should be able to drive on a microdose.

  • LSD: 10–20 mcg

I’ve only used mushrooms so far but plan to try LSD.

When to Take

Morning on an empty stomach works best—food can reduce the effects, and taking it early sets a positive tone for the day.

Who Is It For?

Microdosing isn’t for everyone, as psychedelics affect people differently. But I’ve seen great results, especially for those dealing with anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues. Still, physical and mental health should come first.

Trouble Shooting (Because problems are abundant)

Like I said earlier microdosing isn't for everyone. Psychedelics effect everyone differently.

The biggest problem people face is not feeling anything. The thing is is that your not supposed to feel anything. It’s subperceptual.

If you truly don’t feel anything (even subperceptual) consider doing low to moderate doses. In my opinion microdosing is great but nothing beats a deep, psychedelic trip with intention.

What to Expect

Finding your ideal dose and substance takes time and experimentation. I’m still refining my process but have gained so much from it.

Psychedelics are sacred and should be used with respect, intention, and gratitude.

Peace,
