The Energetics Of The Food You Eat

Food is energy

Have you ever actually thought about how what you're eating affects your life—not just physically, but energetically?

If there’s one thing growing and making my own food has taught me, it’s that food is a matrix of physical things, but more subtly, it’s a matrix of energetic components.

The way it’s grown, raised, produced, processed, cooked, who cooked it, etc.

Someone cooking a Baconator for you at Wendy’s isn’t going to have the same energy as a homemade, organic meal from your grandmother.

One aspect of developing oneself is getting in tune with energy. Learning to feel and pinpoint different energies. This is a process that takes massive experience and intention to hone in on.

This all may sound hippie-dippie, but all food holds a certain vibration. Its resonance comes from how it was raised or grown.

Things like glyphosate and atrazine destroy not only the food’s physical components but also its energetic properties.

People have no idea what “that hit the spot” means until they choose to take ownership over their food quality the best that they can.

All of this excites me so much. What I’m doing is seeing a problem in the world around me, and instead of being a victim or what you call a “chump,” I’m engaging with life and solving problems in my own unique way.

The food supply is absolute garbage, especially in America. If you really think about it, it’s a shame that high-quality food is a luxury for most people. With all of our advancements, we still have a problem like this. The answer to this problem is ultimately something I don’t have the answer to. Societal problems are much trickier than individual problems.

It’s important to know that just because there are problems collectively does not mean you have to be affected by them individually. There’s a good chance, if you’re reading this, that you are genuinely serious about living a fully lived life (or you’re family or a friend :). Just because the majority of people will never be able to afford high-quality food doesn’t mean it’s not possible for you INDIVIDUALLY.

Something vital that I’ve learned on my journey is that the best thing I can do for others is to live the best life that I can. What changes people is not logic or words, but deep emotional experiences that border on the metaphysical.

The times in life where I’ve grown the most and made monumental changes are the times when I go deep into myself and listen inward. Learning to cut out the bullshit noise society shoves down your throat on a daily basis is essential.

You may ask yourself, “Well, this all sounds good, but how the fuck do I do this work?” Well, the work is different for everyone. For me, it’s growing and producing the highest quality food possible and healing the Earth. It took me years to get this level of clarity. What I will say is that knowing “why” is much more important than “how.”

This is where having faith comes in. Not a blind religious faith, but a faith in life as a whole. That everything is as it should be. Everything is perfect. This way of living isn’t about denial; it’s about changing your perception of good and bad. Changing the way your nervous system responds to negative and positive experiences. The truth is that if you can’t truly feel a bad feeling, how can you deeply feel a positive one?

What does all of this have to do with the energetic side of food? It’s to show you that the food you consume has an energetic effect on your being. And the energy that you hold in your being is what creates your life.

Make high-quality, organic food a priority in your life. Actually, go deeper than that. Set the vision to have everything in your life of the utmost quality. Food, water, clothes, friends, environment, home, etc.

This requires more out of you than being a spaced-out zombie like most people. After a while, it becomes clear that there’s nothing better to do than this. If you’re not living life on your own terms and creating the life you want, what’s the point of being alive?

This is one of the many reasons depression, anxiety, and mental illness are at an all-time high. The way our culture currently operates is in a way that allows people to do the bare minimum and have endless entertainment. If you’re a conscious human, you realize how empty that life is.

Something I’ve realized is that the more selfish you are, the less happy you will be. Connect to something deeper than yourself, create your own purpose, be filled with “high-vibe” energy, and set quality as one of the visions for your life.

Peace,

Koby
