This Is Why I Got Ducks

I’ve always said I wouldn’t get ducks. Why?

Because I heard they’re messy and need a lot of water.

What changed this time around is that no matter where I looked I couldn’t find Cornish crosses for meat chickens.

So I was in tractor supply and saw ducks and quickly went to google and searched if I could raise pekin ducks for meat.

So I got ten ducks and the rest is history.

Now I’ll probably end up keeping a couple for eggs but I don’t know.

Personally I think that baby ducks are much cuter than baby chicks.

With Easter right around the corner I think ducklings are the best animal to celebrate.
