Youth, Health, and Riches
Look at you, all young and healthy!
Imagine being told you’re wealthier than any billionaire—no matter how much money they have. Sounds crazy, right? But here’s the thing: If you're young or healthy—or better yet, both—you are richer than most people ever will be.
Energy is everything. And when you're aligned with the core of who you truly are, that energy multiplies in every area of your life—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.
I was reading How to Get Rich by Felix Dennis, a man worth over $300 million, and he kept saying something throughout the book that stuck with me. Despite his fortune, he said if he could trade it all to be young and healthy again, he would do it in a heartbeat. That kind of wealth is unimaginable for most, but here’s the truth: youth and health—those are the real riches. And yet, we live in a time where it’s so easy to waste away both. From scrolling social media to bullshit get rich quick schemes these things will ruin your life from the inside out.
It hit me hard. Wasting your life isn't just a missed opportunity—it feels like spitting in the face of God. If sin existed (it doesn’t) this would be one of the biggest sins. To waste your life. Whatever you believe in, wasting your time here is like saying you don’t value your life or anything that it could be. The days of coasting are over. There’s a shift happening, one that demands you show up fully, every day.
Now, this doesn’t mean you need to be perfect or neurotic about every decision you make—that would be a different kind of waste. But let me tell you from my own experience: making the most of your youth and health means being engaged.
I’ve made my fair share of mistakes, and I’ll make plenty more, but I’ve always known one thing is non-negotiable—staying present, staying connected, loving life, and never falling into the trance that society wants to put you under.
When you’re truly engaged, you're learning, growing, and pushing yourself. You’re reading, meeting new people, discovering things, going on adventures, and developing skills that make your life richer. It’s all part of the dance of life, and every step matters.
Peace,
